01What does an HQ implementation partner do?
An HQ implementation partner sets up HQ by Indigo for your company: connecting your tools, filling the company brain, building your first skills and agents, and training the team so everyone uses it, not just the founder. Out of the Box does this for e-commerce brands, and runs its own brand, Shirt in a Box, on HQ.
02We've already started on HQ. Can you pick up from where we are?
Yes. Most brands come to us a few weeks in, with the founder using HQ and the team not. We audit what you have and build from there. If adoption is the problem, the team day is usually the right start.
03How much does it cost?
A founder call is $500 for 60 minutes. A team day is about $3,000. A full build is $10,000 over 2 to 4 weeks, then optional support at $2,000 a month. Scope is fixed in writing and extra work runs on capped hours.
04Do the AI agents send emails or move money on their own?
No. Our agents draft, check and flag. A person on your team approves anything that sends a message or moves money.
05How many clients do you take?
Two build clients at a time. We run our own brand too, so we cap it.
06Do I need a paid HQ plan?
Yes. Every package runs on HQ, so you'll need an active paid HQ subscription. If you're not signed up yet, we'll point you to the right plan on the founder call.
07What if the work grows mid-build?
It usually does. Scope is written down before we start, extra work runs on capped hours, and we ask before going over. No open-ended fixed fees.
08Who actually does the work?
Rory and Dermot lead every engagement, backed by the Shirt in a Box team who built and use these skills every day.
09What do you need from us?
Admin access to your tools, one owner on your side, and your team on HQ sync so everyone works from one company brain.
10We're not an e-commerce brand. Can you still help?
Finance, inbox, meetings, stock and onboarding work the same in most businesses. We're sharpest on direct-to-consumer brands, and we'll tell you on the call if we're not the right fit.
11Do you do cold calls or long sales calls?
No. Book and pay for a founder call or team day online, or apply for a build. The founder call is the only call before a build.
